Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can return your item for a full refund within 12 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the exact same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at info@godwulfgaming.com. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Order Cancellation Policy
Need to cancel your order? Just send us a message as soon as you can, before we ship it out.
If we haven't started making your order yet, we'll be happy to cancel it for you with a full refund.
However, if we've already started production, a small cancellation fee might apply. We'll let you know the details.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@godwulfgaming.com.
